6. Subscription and Payments
Some features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:
- Pay all fees associated with your chosen plan
- Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the billing date
- No refunds for partial billing periods (except where required by law)
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
7. Usage Limits
Each subscription tier has specific usage limits (analyses per day/month). Exceeding these limits may result in reduced service or require upgrading your plan. We reserve the right to enforce fair use policies.
8. AI-Generated Content
Our analysis, suggestions, and recommendations are generated by AI and are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee that following our suggestions will result in viral content or any specific outcome. Results may vary based on many factors outside our control.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TOK.BOX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.
